Are you an experienced mortgage administrator looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our established team of mortgage administrators in Luton. In this exciting role, you will work closely with a team of 6 whole-of-market mortgage brokers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of 30-40 mortgage applications at any one time.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, gathering missing information and keeping them updated throughout the process.
- Communicate effectively with lenders to chase outstanding information.
- Meticulously review all documentation before submission.
- Leverage your expertise to manage an average caseload of 30-40 mortgage applications.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a mortgage administrator.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with lender systems and “The Key” (a plus, but training provided).
