What You’ll Do as a Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Bedfordshire:
- Lead Generation and Management: Receive a steady stream of 10-12 new build and shared ownership mortgage leads per week from leading UK sources, including one of the UK’s largest shared ownership introducers and local Bedfordshire developers.
- Client Engagement: Provide comprehensive whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients, fostering trust and guiding them through the mortgage selection process. Your goal is to secure 1-2 successful mortgage completions per week.
- Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Based on the introducer’s requirements, you’ll offer fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage advice to cater to diverse client needs.
- Proactive Business Development: Complement the provided leads by actively reaching out to new build developers in the Bedfordshire area, expanding your client base and generating additional business opportunities.
- Streamlined Process Management: Handle new build mortgage enquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and securing their commitment to their chosen properties.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of performing all duties from a comfortable and well-equipped home office environment, with all necessary IT equipment provided by the company.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned New Build Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success in providing mortgage and protection advice, with a particular expertise in the new build mortgage landscape.
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
- Residency in the Bedford area is a requirement to effectively serve the local market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
- A clean credit history, no complaints or disciplinary issues, and no criminal convictions are mandatory for compliance purposes.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
