Remuneration: £26,000 – £30,000 basic, Pension, DIS, Bonus & Commission, OTE £70,000 – £90,000
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor or Protection Broker to join an established financial services firm based in Luton. The position offers a blend of remote working and office-based work in Luton, providing flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Protection Advisor or Protection Broker, you will play a crucial role in offering comprehensive protection advice to clients.
Main Duties
As a Protection Advisor or Protection Broker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing whole of market mortgage-related protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Working closely with a team of experienced mortgage only brokers to generate and convert protection leads.
- Offering a range of protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and building and contents insurance.
- Conducting protection reviews for existing clients to identify their evolving needs.
- Utilising a CRM system to manage client relationships and sales pipeline.
- Adhering to compliance regulations and industry standards.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Protection Advisor or Protection Broker.
- A strong understanding of the protection market and various product offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
