What You’ll Do as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Broker in Crewe
- Gain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulations.
- Build strong client relationships to uncover their needs and financial aspirations in Crewe and the surrounding area.
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client suitability for different mortgage options in Crewe.
- Research and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders for your Crewe clients.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience for Crewe residents.
- Liaise effectively with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process to streamline the mortgage journey for Crewe clients.
- Provide clients with clear communication and updates on their application progress, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the success of our Crewe branch.
- Actively participate in training programs to develop your knowledge and expertise as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker based in Crewe.
The Ideal Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Broker for the Crewe Branch:
- Holds a CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
- Lives within an easy commute of the Crewe office.
- Has previous sales experience, ideally within financial services or customer services.
- Maintains a clean credit history and possesses a valid UK driving license.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients in Crewe.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments, fostering a positive team atmosphere in our Crewe branch.
- Is an ambitious and eager learner with a passion for the financial services industry.
