Exciting Opportunity for a Qualified Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
Are you a driven and client-focused Level 4 Diploma Qualified Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) looking for a new opportunity in a highly established, directly authorised financial planning firm? This is a rare chance to take over an existing, untapped client base, providing expert financial advice on pensions, investments, wealth management, and financial planning.
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independently owned financial planning firm that has been serving a loyal client base for nearly 20 years. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Advisor to join the team. In this role, you will:
- Engage with an existing, loyal client base to review their current pensions, investments, and wealth management strategies.
- Conduct financial reviews and provide tailored, regulated advice to meet individual client needs.
- Specialise in pension transfer, pension consolidation, and investment advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Work flexibly with the option of remote working, covering clients in Surrey and London.
- Handle clients with up to £50,000 funds under management and identify opportunities for referrals and additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on pensions, investments, savings, and wealth management.
- Contact existing clients via phone and email to schedule financial reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and legislative changes.
- Complete fact-finds, risk assessments, and suitability reports.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their financial future.
- Onboard new members into an existing large SIPP scheme.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA) or equivalent is essential.
- Proven track record in financial advisory, wealth management, or IFA services.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to client management.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive referrals.
- Proactive and self-motivated with experience in client outreach.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel when required.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
