Remuneration:
Basic up to £25,000, including car allowance, and financial guarantees of £500 per month for the first 6 months, pension, life assurance, commission, and bonuses.
Realistic OTE:

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, market regulations, and lending criteria.
- Assist in delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the estate agency.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the best deal to meet their financial needs.
- Conduct initial client consultations to assess financial goals and requirements.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a panel of lenders.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
- Keep clients informed and updated throughout the mortgage application process.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Clean credit history and full UK driving licence are required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the mortgage industry with a desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £25,000, including car allowance, plus financial guarantees of £500 per month for 6 months.
- Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £55,000 in Year 1, with potential earnings of £65,000+ from Year 2.
