Salary: Basic up to £25,000 with financial guarantees inclusive of car allowance equating to £31,000 for the first 5 months, OTE £45,000 in year 1, £75,000 thereafter

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Harold Wood. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the financial services industry and receive comprehensive training and support to become a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker. In this role, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the right deal for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Harold Wood, you will learn and understand the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Harold Wood, you will conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and financial situation.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the application process.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
For this Trainee Mortgage Advisor Role, you will require:
- CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.
- Clean credit history.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ambitious and eager to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £25,000, with financial guarantees to £31,000 (pro-rata) for the first 5 months, including a car allowance.
- Pension scheme.

- Generous commissions from 10% to 25%.
- OTE of £45,000 in year one – £75,000 thereafter
