£25,000 basic, inc car allowance, £500 per month for 6 months (not a debt), Pension, DIS, Bonus & Commission OTE £45,000 year 1, £65,000 year 2
Overview:
An outstanding and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part or fully CeMAP qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker who is looking to become a Mortgage Advisor in the Guildford area.
You will receive a basic pf £25,000 including car allowance, with financial guarantees, full training, and the opportunity to become a regulated whole of market Mortgage and Protection Advisor for one of the UK’s best-known mortgage broker brands.
Main Duties:
- Working with this well-known mortgage broker firm, with a proven training and development plan, you will learn how to become a whole of market Mortgage and Protection Advisor or Mortgage and Protection Broker.
- After the 3-week induction course where you will receive in-depth training, you will be able to meet clients face to face or via zoom offering whole of market advice on mortgages and protection with day to day on the job training.
- Working alongside the dedicated in house training team, as well as the mortgage sales manager, other mortgage brokers within the business and an office manager by your side, you will complete the CeMAP qualification if required, if you already have the CeMAP qualification, our client will help you gain valuable on job experience to offer professional whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, with all cases checked to ensure that you are being compliant to meet the FCA rules and regulations.
- As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker working within the Guildford area, you will work alongside an incentivised team of professional introducers receiving leads on a day-to-day basis and be part of a team.
Key Skills:
- Applications will be considered from fully or part CeMAP qualified individuals with sales experience ideally within a financial or strong customer focused environment.
- A clean credit history, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is a necessity for this absolutely fantastic opportunity.
- You should also be prepared to work hard, be motivated to make a career in a professional environment.
