What You’ll Do:
- Work alongside experienced mortgage brokers, learning the intricacies of the whole-of-market mortgage and protection process.
- Complete your CeMAP qualification (if required) with the support of our in-house training team.
- Meet with clients face-to-face or virtually to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial goals.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and best practices within the mortgage industry.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who:
- Holds a CeMAP qualification (or is partially CeMAP qualified).
- Possesses strong sales experience, ideally within a financial services or customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Maintains a clean credit history and possesses a valid UK driving license.
- Is eager to learn and grow within a professional and supportive environment.
