What You’ll Do:
- Learn from experienced mortgage brokers and trainers to develop your mortgage and protection knowledge.
- Gain valuable on-the-job experience by assisting with client consultations and mortgage applications.
- Work towards obtaining your CeMAP qualification (if required).
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A highly motivated and sales-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
- A clean credit history and a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.
- Ideally, some sales experience within a financial or customer service environment, or a partial CeMAP qualification is a plus.
