Salary & Benefits
💼 Basic salary up to £25,000, including car allowance, with financial guarantees equating to £31,000 for the first six months.
💰 OTE: £45,000 in year 1, rising to £65,000 in subsequent years.

About the Role
We are recruiting a motivated and ambitious individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a career in financial services with comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to become a successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor. You’ll guide clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice to help them secure the best deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Conduct consultations to assess client circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Research mortgage options and submit applications to lenders.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure a smooth process.
- Provide clients with ongoing updates and excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in training programs to develop your skills as a Trainee Mortgage Broker.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualification (essential).
✔️ Proven sales experience, ideally in financial or customer service roles.
✔️ Clean credit history and a full UK driving license.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
✔️ Team-oriented with the drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
