What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients in Haywards Heath to understand their financial situation and mortgage needs.
- Source and recommend the most suitable mortgage products and solutions, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the Haywards Heath market.
- Upsell relevant insurance products from Legal & General to enhance client protection.
- Collaborate closely with the Haywards Heath estate agency team to maximize business opportunities and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a strong and knowledgeable team environment within the Haywards Heath office.
- Proactively cultivate relationships with existing clients in Haywards Heath, generating repeat business.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to FCA compliance standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker with at least one year of experience in the industry.
- CeMAP qualification (mandatory) with a strong preference for Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
- A strong work ethic, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues in Haywards Heath.
- A polished and professional demeanour with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UK driver’s license.
