- CeMAP qualification (ideally with Competency Advisor Status – CAS).
- A strong work ethic, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues in Woodford Green.
- A polished and professional demeanour with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UK driver’s license.
