BDM recruitment is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker to join a thriving estate agency in Gravesend, Kent
Overview:
BDM recruitment are working on behalf of a reputable market leading estate agency, who are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker to provide expert mortgage and protection advice at their bustling office in Gravesend, Kent, dealing with an average property size of £340k, however, you deal with properties up to £750k, with over 55 properties are sold per month.
Main Duties:
- As a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker you will collaborate with the existing sales team in the dynamic Gravesend office, offering comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients. With the branch generating 7 – 10 first appointments per week and boasting an impressive range of properties on the market, you’ll have ample opportunities to excel. You’ll work closely with introducers, manage daily mortgage leads, and leverage the existing client base to offer remortgage advice, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Working with the existing team of introducers, you will deal with property values of £750k, however, the average property size of £350k and where on average over 50 properties are sold per month.
- As well as receiving 7-10 new mortgage leads per month, as a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker working in The Gravesend office, you will have full unlimited and unrestricted access to the existing client base, where plenty of remortgage opportunities exist.
- Based on the high basic salary, the high quality mortgage leads, based on averages, a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker will be looking to earn over £70,000.

- A minimum CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)?
- Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker?
- In-depth knowledge of mortgages and protection products?
- A desire to provide exceptional client service?
