In this pivotal role, you will:
- Provide Expert Leadership: Act as a Senior Floating Branch Manager, assuming responsibility for various branches within the Canterbury area. You’ll provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to ensure each branch achieves its sales and performance targets.
- Motivate and Develop Teams: Foster a positive and productive work environment within each branch you oversee. Motivate and develop your team members, helping them reach their full potential and excel in their roles.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to each branch within the Canterbury area, consistently exceeding sales goals and propelling overall branch performance.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all branches under your purview consistently meet the high standards of customer service and professionalism that our clients expect across the Canterbury area.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the Canterbury area, including local businesses, property developers, and community leaders.
