Salary: Basic up to £29,000 including car allowance

Overview
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a leading national mortgage brokerage to recruit an experienced New Build Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to support their developer and estate agency partnerships across Milton Keynes.
This is not a remote role. You will be based directly within new build developments and estate agency branches, meeting clients face-to-face and providing specialist new build mortgage and protection advice, including shared ownership and First Homes/Help to Buy-style schemes.

Key Responsibilities
You will work directly with new build developers, shared ownership providers and estate agency introducers across Milton Keynes, delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to motivated buyers.
Your day will include carrying out affordability assessments, sourcing suitable products, explaining complex mortgage options clearly, and managing cases from application to completion against tight new build deadlines.
You will maintain strong relationships with on-site sales negotiators, estate agency teams, lenders and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Protection conversations, compliance accuracy, and maintaining high conversion rates will form an essential part of your daily role.
Ideal Candidate
To excel as a New Build Mortgage Advisor in Milton Keynes, you will be CeMAP qualified with proven experience in:
• New build mortgages
• Shared ownership
• First Homes / Help to Buy-style schemes
• High-volume, fast-paced environments
You will be confident building relationships on-site with developer sales teams, handling time-sensitive cases and delivering excellent customer service.
A full UK driving licence and a clean credit history are essential.
