About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to oversee and develop key introducer relationships within a well-established mortgage brokerage in Hampshire. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring travel to key branch locations twice per week to support the team, manage relationships, and drive business performance.
As a Mortgage Sales Manager & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing mortgage advisors, ensuring business targets are met, and strengthening key introducer partnerships. Your expertise in mortgage sales, team leadership, and relationship management will be vital to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management:
✔️ Lead, motivate, and develop a team of mortgage advisors to achieve performance targets.
✔️ Drive sales conversions, protection penetration, and fee income.
✔️ Monitor and enhance average case size, written targets, and banked conversion rates.
✔️ Conduct regular 1-1s and team meetings to review performance and business goals.
✔️ Provide real-time coaching, training, and mentoring to improve adviser productivity.
Account & Relationship Management:
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key introducers to maximize lead generation.
✔️ Attend branch meetings, ensuring advisors are fully integrated and engaged.
✔️Provide introducers with detailed reporting and performance insights.
✔️ Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch coverage and engagement.
Compliance & Operational Oversight:
✔️ Ensure all advisors adhere to company and regulatory compliance guidelines.
✔️ Work closely with Sales Development and Protection Support Managers to optimize sales effectiveness.
✔️ Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new mortgage advisors.
✔️ Monitor lead management processes to ensure timely client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience: Proven track record as a successful Mortgage Advisor, with experience in managing teams or introducer relationships.
🔹 Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team to exceed targets.
🔹 Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of mortgage sales, protection products, and financial services.
🔹 Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain key introducer relationships to drive business growth.
🔹 Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations and best practices.
🔹 Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Hampshire & Surrey twice per week.
