Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading, independent estate agency in Chadwell Heath to find a talented and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise within a supportive and rewarding environment, with a lucrative earning potential of £60,000 – £85,000 per year!
About the Role:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, with access to the whole market and a panel of top life providers.
- Receive a consistent flow of pre-qualified leads (8-10 appointments per week) for high-value properties (up to £400k).
- Proactively build your client base by utilizing the agency’s extensive existing client database for remortgage opportunities.
- Earn a competitive base salary of £25,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) with uncapped commission and bonuses.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- CeMAP qualified with a strong understanding of mortgages and protection products.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and a team player with a results-oriented approach.
- Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence.
