Join our esteemed client, a leading estate agency with over 20 years of experience and a strong presence across London and the South East. This well-established firm boasts over 100 offices and is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team in Purley.
The Role
In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional mortgage advice and guidance to clients in Purley. You’ll work closely with the sales team, capitalizing on a steady stream of 7-10 hot mortgage leads generated weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial situation and property goals.
- Recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
- Offer comprehensive advice on various protection schemes, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and buildings and contents insurance.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to explore remortgage opportunities.
- Collaborate with the estate agency team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.

- Clean credit history and a full UK driving license are essential.
- Excellent sales experience, with a proven track record of building relationships with new and existing clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
