What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and aspirations.
- Leverage your in-depth mortgage knowledge to recommend the most suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders.
- Manage the entire mortgage application process, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with clients, lenders, and solicitors.
- Proactively generate new leads and build a robust client pipeline through effective marketing and networking strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current mortgage market trends and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in mortgage advice.
- A clear passion for the mortgage industry and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving licence (essential).
