Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: £27,000 – £31,000, including car allowance.
- Financial Guarantees: Up to £900 per month for the first 6 months to support your transition.
- Commission & Bonuses: Generous commission structure with bonuses, offering excellent earning potential.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 to £80,000 per annum.

Main Duties
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement:
- Work with a steady stream of high-quality leads generated by the incentivized estate agency team.
- Deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients.
- Lead Management:
- Receive 8-10 new, qualified mortgage leads per week.
- Leverage the branch’s extensive database and strong sales volume to generate additional opportunities.
- Mortgage Expertise:
- Handle mortgage applications for a range of property values, with an average property value exceeding £900,000.
- Provide expert advice on residential mortgages, remortgages, and other products.
- Protection Sales:
- Offer associated protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.
- Administrative Efficiency:
- Focus on client relationships and advice while benefiting from professional administrative support to handle documentation and lender follow-ups.
Key Skills & Requirements
To excel in this Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, such as CF6 or MAQ).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in mortgage sales within a tied, independent, or banking environment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and associated protection services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Additional Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
