BDM Recruitment is searching for a talented Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our esteemed client, a leading independent estate agency and mortgage advisory firm, based in the dynamic Havering area.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients throughout the homeownership journey.
- Manage mortgages up to £700k, with an average loan size of £320k.
- Benefit from a consistent flow of new leads – expect 8-10 mortgage appointments per week – generated by our 3 successful estate agency branches.
- Aim to submit a high volume of applications – with a realistic target of 15-17 mortgages per month.
- Utilise the loyal extensive client database to build strong relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Offer remortgage services to existing homeowners looking to optimise their finances.
- Foster a collaborative spirit by working seamlessly with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
What You Bring:
- A mandatory CeMAP qualification.
- Deep understanding of mortgages and associated protection policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust with clients.
- The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- A proactive, self-motivated personality with a proven track record of success.
