- High Earning Potential: Enjoy a competitive base salary of £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience), with financial guarantees reaching £45,000 for 6 months. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from £55,000 – £70,000 with bonuses, commissions, and a car allowance/car included.
- Supportive Team Environment: Work collaboratively with the estate agency staff who act as your introducers, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Make a Real Difference: Guide clients through the mortgage and protection process, ensuring they secure the best possible options for their financial goals.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients in Grays.
- Manage your own diary and promptly connect with new referrals.
- Offer remortgage services to existing clients, ensuring they secure optimal mortgage deals.
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Offer valuable advice on associated mortgage protection products like life insurance and critical illness cover.
We’re Looking for a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor Who:
- Holds relevant mortgage qualifications and boasts experience in offering mortgage and protection advice.
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Has a clean credit history, a valid UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of contacting existing clients and providing remortgage services.
