🧭 Role & Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in this hybrid position, you will:
- Provide expert whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Collaborate with a leading estate agency in Eccles & Salford, handling exclusive in-house referrals
- Manage 15–20 qualified mortgage leads weekly, ensuring each client receives world-class service
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company best practices
- Offer product transfers, remortgages, and cross-sales from an active client database
- Structure your week with full autonomy—no micromanagement, just results
🧩 Essential Skills & Experience:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent: MAQ, CF1 & CF6)
- Demonstrable experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven success record
- Knowledge of residential mortgages, remortgages, and associated protection products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in remote and face-to-face advice delivery
- Must live within 30 minutes of Eccles & Salford for occasional in-branch presence
- Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
