Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (inclusive of car allowance)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 in Year 1, rising to £65,000+ thereafter
- Generous commission structure (up to 50% of banked income)

With access to a bustling property market and a robust client base, this role is ideal for a motivated and dynamic professional looking to excel in the mortgage industry.
The Bristol branch is a high-performing hub, handling property transactions valued up to £900,000 with an average loan size of £350,000. Over 500 properties are sold monthly in the area, providing consistent opportunities for a skilled Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to build a lucrative career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 6–8 new mortgage appointments weekly, originating from a continuous flow of high-quality leads.
- Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice for a diverse clientele, securing competitive solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Proactively engage with the Bristol office’s extensive client database to provide remortgage services, ensuring clients receive the best mortgage options available.
- Collaborate closely with the estate agency team to foster strong relationships and drive client referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and policies to deliver exceptional advice.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser.
- Comprehensive understanding of mortgage and protection products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proactive approach to business development, including contacting existing clients.
- Team-oriented attitude to work collaboratively with introducers and colleagues.
