Job Title: Life & Pensions Administrator
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
About the Role:
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in financial services administration? We are seeking a talented Life & Pensions Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Sutton Coldfield. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to their clients and ensuring smooth operations within the financial services office.
Key Responsibilities:
- PA Tasks: Manage appointments, emails, and client communications.
- Client Servicing: Process client requests, updates, and withdrawals.
- New Business Processing: Handle new business applications and updates.
- Product Processing: Process Bed & ISAs and death claims.
- Provider Communications: Liaise with providers for accurate information.
- Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in financial services administration, particularly within life and pensions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with various provider platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
