About the Role

This exciting Hybrid Mortgage Sales manager role offers a fantastic opportunity for and

ambitious and driven experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a thriving team of HNW Mortgage Advisors based in and around central London. Working from home, speaking to your team of Mortgage Advisors or Mortgage Brokers virtually and via the telephone as well as regular visits to the central London offices, you will ensure that they are taking full advantage of the high quality of mortgage leads provided via the premium brand estate agency.

 

As a Mortgage Sales Manager/Mortgage Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the performance of the Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Broker team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will also play a critical role in developing sales strategies, training team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Mortgage Supervision: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

  • Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation initiatives.
  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Mortgage Advisor team.
  • Market Awareness: Keep the team or Mortgage Advisors or Mortgage Brokers updated on new mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Development: Support team members in achieving their professional development goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Team Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

 

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage sales management.
  • Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistently high-performing results.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in mortgage loan processing software and CRM systems.
  • A valid UK driving license (preferred).
