Mortgage Sales Manager – Hampshire & Surrey – High Earnings 

Location: Hybrid – Hampshire & Surrey (with travel to local branches 2–3 times per week)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 basic (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
OTE: £70,000 – £80,000+ (High Earnings)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Mortgage Advisors, while building and maintaining key introducer relationships.

Key Responsibilities 

🔹 Sales & Team Performance 

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Mortgage Advisors to exceed performance targets. 
  • Drive sales conversions, protection penetration, and fee income. 
  • Monitor and enhance case sizes, written targets, and banked conversion rates. 
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and celebrating success. 

Introducer & Branch Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong introducer relationships to maximise lead generation. 
  • Attend branch meetings across Hampshire & Surrey, ensuring Mortgage Advisors are integrated and engaged. 
  • Provide introducers with timely MI and performance reporting. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch coverage and lead flow.

 Compliance & Operational Oversight 

  • Ensure all advisers adhere to FCA, company, and regulatory compliance standards. 
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure consistent coverage. 
  • Oversee lead management processes and ensure advisers maximise every client opportunity. 
  • Work closely with Sales Development Managers and Protection Support Managers to optimise performance. 

About You 

We’re seeking a proven Mortgage Sales Manager or an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor ready to step up into leadership. You’ll be a strong motivator, confident communicator, and commercially driven with a focus on results and compliance. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) 
  • Proven track record as a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker 
  • Experience in sales leadership, coaching, or introducer relationship management 
  • Strong knowledge of residential mortgages, protection, and associated products 
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively 
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Hampshire & Surrey
