Hybrid Mortgage Advisor
Location: Sidcup (serving surrounding areas, including Woolwich, Charlton, Abbey Wood, and Blackheath)
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (dependent upon experience), pension, DIS, bonus & commission. OTE: £55,000 – £60,000.

Main Duties
- Client Engagement: Work with pre-qualified leads generated by professional introducers.
- Mortgage Advice: Provide expert advice on mortgages and protection products tailored to individual client needs.
- Remote Work Options: Leverage the flexibility to work from home one day a week for better work-life balance.
- Schedule Management: Take full control of your diary to maximize productivity.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with introducers to grow your business pipeline.
- Lead Access: Receive a minimum of 10 pre-qualified leads every week, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: CeMAP or equivalent (CF1 and CF6) qualifications are required.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with experience delivering tailored solutions.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Sidcup and nearby areas such as Woolwich, Abbey Wood, Charlton, and Blackheath.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload effectively.
