Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and property goals.
- Product Recommendations: Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders, ensuring they align with clients’ individual circumstances.
- Application Process: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.
- Professional Qualifications: CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Effective time management and attention to detail.
