Location: Blackburn
Salary: To £30,000 basic, dependent upon experience, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £50,000 – £55,000, Top Broker earned £94,000.

Main Duties
- Client Acquisition: Actively engage with pre-qualified leads generated by our dedicated introducers.
- Mortgage Advice: Provide expert mortgage advice and protection products tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or our Blackburn office, allowing for optimal work-life balance.
- Diary Management: Maintain control over your own schedule and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with our team of professional introducers to drive business growth and expand your network.
Key Skills
- Mortgage Qualifications: CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified mortgage advisor or mortgage broker.
- Experience: Proven track record of providing mortgage advice and protection products to a diverse range of clients.
- Local Knowledge: Ideally based in or near Blackburn (but not essential).
- Self-Discipline: Ability to manage your own workload and work independently without constant supervision.
- Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
