Home-Based Remortgage Specialist – South Wales
Do you have a passion for helping people save money on their mortgages? Are you a self-motivated, high achiever with a proven track record in remortgaging?
We are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Remortgage Advisor to join our client’s growing team, working from the comfort of your own home in South Wales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing expert remortgage advice and securing the best possible deals for our clients’ customers.
About You
- You are a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, specialising in remortgages.
- You have a strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and are confident in explaining complex financial products to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- You are a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload and work effectively remotely.
- You are driven by targets and have a proven track record of consistently exceeding expectations (ideally writing 18-20 mortgages per month).
- You are comfortable working with a variety of leads, including those from remote estate agents, web leads, and orphan client bank rate renewals.
- While Mortgage advice is preferred, we will consider candidates with experience in Mortgage & Protection advice.
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £29,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission structure with a strong earning potential (OTE of £50,000 – £65,000).
