Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor – Merseyside

BDM Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor to join our client’s team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while serving clients in the vibrant Merseyside region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Receive a steady stream of new build and shared ownership mortgage leads from trusted sources.
- Client Engagement: Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them through the homebuying process.
- Mortgage Solutions: Offer tailored mortgage solutions, including fee-based and non-fee-based options.
- Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities with local developers to expand your client base.
- Efficient Processing: Handle new build mortgage inquiries promptly, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Remote Operations: Work remotely with full IT support provided by the company.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- CeMAP Qualified: Possess a recognized qualification in mortgage advice.
- Proven Experience: A strong track record in new build mortgage sales and client service.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Merseyside property market and mortgage landscape.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and developers.
- Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Remuneration:
- Base Salary: Up to £29k (inclusive of car allowance).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Between £55k – £65k, with no cap.

- Remote, Home-Based Role: Flexibility to work remotely, providing mortgage and protection advice from your home office to clients in Merseyside.
