This unique hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to work 2-3 days per week in a vibrant office environment and remotely for the remaining days.

The competitive commission structure allows you to bank £10,000 – £15,000 per month (approximately £4,800 – £7,000 per week based on 2-3 office days). We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor/Broker who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Proven Track Record: You possess at least 2 years of successful experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker, ideally with a background working with a professional introducer.
- Financial Acumen: A strong track record of exceeding annual earnings of £100,000 is essential. Experience catering to High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Hold the full CeMAP qualification and maintain a clean credit history.
- Communication Excellence: You have the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultivate strong, trusting relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Effectively manage your time while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Self-Motivated: You thrive in a target-driven environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re well-versed in mortgage software and CRM systems, leveraging technology to streamline your workflow.
- Clean Driving Licence: A clean driving licence is essential for occasional branch visits.
