This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a well-established introducer in a thriving local property market, where average property prices sit around £330,000 and the average mortgage case size is £2,500. With over 80 properties sold every month, advisors benefit from strong lead flow, excellent earning potential and full support from an award-winning estate agency network.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 (including car allowance), plus a realistic OTE of £55,000 – £70,000, making it ideal for a motivated CeMAP-qualified professional seeking stability, career development and high earnings.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Advisor in Aylesbury, you will:
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice, ensuring clients receive the most suitable solutions
• Work within a highly active local property market, handling strong levels of buyer enquiries
• Manage, qualify and convert estate-agency-generated leads into mortgage opportunities
• Earn a minimum commission amount from £250 per completed case
• Write 2–3 mortgages per week, supported by consistent business levels
• Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ financial goals and circumstances
• Manage the full mortgage process from initial consultation to completion
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the local property market and lending criteria
• A motivated, target-driven approach with confidence in converting leads
• Professionalism, attention to detail and a client-focused attitude
