Due to continued success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the business, supervise the administration team, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
This is a rare opportunity to join a wealth management firm with a superb reputation built over 25 years of offering independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages. The successful Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Adviser and the wider team, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all FCA standards.

The Role
As Office Manager for this respected wealth management firm, you will:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Hailsham office, ensuring a professional and compliant service to all clients.
• Supervise a team of experienced administrators, paraplanners, and support staff covering pensions, investments, and mortgage cases.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling general enquiries, booking review meetings, and providing an exceptional client experience.
• Support the Director and Adviser in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of the business in their absence.
• Monitor workflow, allocate cases, and ensure that all new and existing business is processed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage internal communications, implement office systems, and oversee compliance documentation.
• Assist with training, appraisals, and team development to maintain high standards across the business.

This Office Manager position is ideally suited to a professional with a strong financial services background who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and maintaining high client service standards within a thriving wealth management firm.

Key Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Financial Services, ideally within an IFA or wealth management firm environment.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, protection, and mortgages.
• Experience managing or supervising a team within a regulated environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Confident and professional manner, with the ability to represent the firm in client communications.
• Ideally Diploma Level 4 qualified or currently working towards this qualification.
• Strong IT skills including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and back-office software.
