We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to work in a hybrid capacity—spending three days a week in a highly successful estate agency office and the remainder working from home. The Role: Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will work closely with a market-leading estate agency that generates 7-10 high-quality mortgage leads per week. With access to whole-of-market mortgage products and protection solutions from top life insurance providers, you’ll be able to offer tailored financial solutions to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role: Three days a week in the estate agency office in Wolverhampton and the rest working remotely.
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Maximise conversion rates by contacting new clients promptly.
- Work closely with estate agency staff, including sales negotiators and branch managers, to maintain a steady pipeline of referrals.
- Leverage the support of a dedicated mortgage administration team, allowing you to focus on client interactions and business growth.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role in Wolverhampton, you must have:
CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, ideally with CAS status (although returning advisors will be considered).
- A proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Strong IT and communication skills for in-person, phone, and virtual client interactions.
- A clean credit history and full UK driving licence.
