Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Greenford: High Earnings Opportunity

Location: Greenford, Greater London
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (including car allowance), 6 months financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus, and commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 in Year 1, rising to £75,000+ thereafter.

Overview:
This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to excel within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be instrumental in providing expert whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a consistent stream of new and existing clients. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in the mortgage industry, who is eager to achieve high earnings and build a successful long-term career.
As an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will deal with an average property value of £500,000, however, our client deals with properties valued at £1.3m, and with over 30 properties sold per month in the area, this branch offers fantastic earnings potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mortgage & Protection Advice: Provide comprehensive, whole-of-market mortgage and protection solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will ensure clients receive professional and personalized service.
- New Leads Provided: Capitalize on a steady flow of 8-10 fresh, qualified leads weekly from dedicated introducers. Convert these leads into 2-3 successful mortgage applications each week.
- HNW Clients: The Greenford branch deals with an average property value of £500k, however, some of the properties are worth in excess of £1.3m and over the past 2 years on average 30 properties have been sold per month in the local area.
- Client Database Access: Leverage unlimited access to the branch’s extensive client database to identify remortgage opportunities and secure optimal mortgage solutions for clients.
- Commission Structure: Benefit from a highly competitive commission structure, earning 10%-25% on all business banked, with no validation thresholds. Achieve a realistic first-year OTE of £45,000 and high earnings of £60,000+ from Year 2 onwards.
- Administrative Support: Focus on delivering exceptional client service, knowing you have the support of a dedicated administrative team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- CeMAP Qualification: Hold a full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, demonstrating your expertise in mortgage advice.
- Proven Mortgage Sales Experience: Possess a strong track record in mortgage and protection sales, gained in a tied, independent, or banking environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a client-centric approach, delivering first-class service to uphold the company’s strong reputation.
- Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license for client visits.
- CAS Status Advantage: Competent Adviser Status (CAS) is desirable, but not essential.
- Clean Background: Maintain a clean credit history and have no criminal convictions.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex financial products to a wide range of clients.
- Target driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse information and provide suitable recommendations.
