Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (dependent upon experience) plus pension, DIS, bonus & commission. On-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000 – £65,000, with top brokers exceeding £94,000 annually.

This hybrid mortgage role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to work both remotely and from the office, with high earnings potential and no micromanagement. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to service a vibrant office in Ashton-under-Lyne. The role comes with 7-10 new mortgage leads per week from dedicated introducers, in addition to a highly skilled telemarketing team booking remortgage clients directly into your diary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Work in partnership with a highly regarded estate agency in Ashton-under-Lyne, receiving direct referrals.
- Manage your own diary with the flexibility to work from home and visit the branch 2-3 times per week.
- Handle a consistent flow of high-quality mortgage leads, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Access an existing client database to offer remortgage and product transfer services.
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations while delivering expert mortgage and protection advice.
- Work closely with dedicated mortgage administrators to streamline your workflow.
- Enjoy a common-sense approach to work/life balance, without unnecessary supervision.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Fully qualified in CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 & CF6.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker providing whole-of-market advice.
- Strong track record in residential mortgage and protection sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Must reside within a 30-minute drive of Ashton-under-Lyne for branch visits.
- A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
