Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet clients face-to-face or via Zoom, offering tailored advice on mortgages and protection products.
- Lead Management: Handle 6-8 new mortgage leads weekly, qualifying clients and arranging consultations.
- Market Expertise: Advise on various mortgage products, including residential and shared ownership mortgages.
- Protection Products: Recommend associated protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and ASU.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with new build developers and introducers to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and advice meet regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Part or fully CeMAP 1 qualified.
- Experience: Sales experience within a financial or customer-focused environment.
- Skills: Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working from home independently.
- Other Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed in a professional environment.
