About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our team in Sutton. In this hybrid role, you will split your time between working from our busy Sutton branch and working from home, offering expert mortgage advice and guidance to our clients.
As a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor in Sutton, you will:
- Provide regulated mortgage advice and recommend suitable mortgage products to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
- Build strong relationships with our sales team and existing client base in Sutton.
- Generate new mortgage leads and develop a strong network of referral partners.
- Process mortgage applications and liaise with lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient mortgage process.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the mortgage journey.

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Whole of market mortgage advice experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A clean driving license.
