Are you a seasoned mortgage broker or mortgage advisor looking to make a significant impact in the Chester & Rhyl market? We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our client who is an established mortgage broker firm.

With a strong network of local professional introducers and a steady stream of new leads, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving practice. Main Duties

  • Client Acquisition: Actively engage with new leads generated daily and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
  • Mortgage Advice: Provide expert mortgage advice on a wide range of products, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Protection Sales: Offer comprehensive protection products to complement mortgage advice, enhancing client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with professional introducers and referral partners to drive business growth.
  • Administrative Support: Leverage our administrative team to streamline processes and maximize your time spent with clients.

 

 

Key Skills

  • CeMAP Qualification: Proven experience as a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage advisor.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory landscape.
  • Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales Ability: Strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload efficiently.
