Location: Medway
Remuneration: Basic salary to £26,000, plus benefits including 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives. OTE £45,000 – £65,000

- Develop Your Expertise: Benefit from comprehensive training and support as you progress from a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker to a fully qualified professional.
- Build Client Relationships: Work with our established client base, offering remortgage services and assisting new clients with their mortgage needs.
- Master the Process: Learn to conduct in-depth fact finds, source suitable lenders and products, and navigate the mortgage application process from start to finish.
- Whole-Person Approach: Advise clients not only on mortgages but also on crucial protection products like life assurance, ensuring their financial security.
