Remuneration: £24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, financial guarantees to £40,000, OTE £50,000 year 1, £75,000 year 2

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP qualified) to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be working from a busy Sutton office, offering expert mortgage and protection advice to clients looking to buy properties valued up to £2 million (average £430k).
Imagine this: You’re a trusted advisor, empowering clients in Sutton to secure their dream homes. You leverage your in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market to find the most suitable options; while also ensuring they’re protected with the right insurance products. Every successful case brings you a sense of accomplishment, knowing you’ve played a pivotal role in their journey.
Main Duties:
- Become a pillar of a respected estate agency brand: Join a highly regarded estate agency brand in the London area and contribute your expertise as a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment: Operate from the bustling Sutton office, where you’ll have access to a substantial database of over 400 existing clients, alongside a steady stream of new mortgage leads.
- Build lasting client relationships: Leverage your experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor to build relationships with existing clients and offer them valuable remortgage services.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with a sales-focused team of negotiators in Sutton, providing regulated advice on both mortgages and vital protection products.
- Exceed expectations: Aim to write 3-4 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500. Your dedication as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor can translate into additional earnings of £600 per week!
Key Skills:
- A fountain of mortgage knowledge: A cornerstone of this role is your in-depth knowledge of mortgages and associated products. A valid CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is absolutely essential.
- Proven track record is key: We welcome applications from individuals with a strong track record in mortgage sales, regardless of whether you previously worked in a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment. However, possessing a CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification along with CAS is a must.
- Beyond qualifications: A clean credit history, full UK driving license, and a clear criminal record are additional requirements.
