Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Thetford (J1753MBBMC)
Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor or Broker seeking a rewarding career in Thetford?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected national estate agency chain and offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to their clients.
About the Role:
We are searching for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join an established team in Thetford, Cambridgeshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance), generous commission structure, and a total earning potential of £45,000 – £75,000.
Over 20 properties were sold per month over the past 2 years in the Thetford area, with an average property size of £230k.
Who You Are:
- A CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Broker with a proven track record in mortgage sales.
- Possess excellent knowledge of mortgages and protection products.
- Clean credit history and driving licence.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert mortgage & protection advice (sole advisor in branch)
- Receive 7-10 new mortgage leads a week
- Handle a variety of mortgage and protection enquiries
- Proactively review existing client mortgage and protection products
