What You’ll Do:
- Leverage your CeMAP 1 qualification and learn from experienced professionals to develop your mortgage and protection knowledge.
- Gain hands-on experience by assisting with client consultations and mortgage applications.
- Work towards obtaining your full CeMAP qualification and becoming a fully licensed Mortgage Broker.
- Build rapport with new and existing clients and offer them personalized mortgage and protection solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the estate agency to achieve shared goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) individual with a strong desire to learn and succeed in the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A clean credit history and a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.
- Previous sales experience in a face-to-face role is a plus.
