In this rewarding role, you will:
- Empower Clients in Stockton-on-Tees: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients in a comfortable office setting within Stockton-on-Tees, understanding their financial circumstances and retirement aspirations. Leverage your expertise to explain equity release options clearly and ensure they make informed decisions to unlock the wealth tied up in their homes.
- Guide Clients Through Equity Release: Provide comprehensive advice on a variety of equity release products, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client in Stockton-on-Tees.
- Navigate Regulations with Expertise: Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with the latest Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations surrounding equity release products.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong and trusting relationships with clients throughout Stockton-on-Tees, fostering open communication and exceeding their expectations with exceptional customer service.
- Stay Informed for the Market: Maintain a deep understanding of the equity release market, with a keen eye on new products, regulations, and industry trends specific to Stockton-on-Tees to best serve your local client base.
We are searching for a candidate with:
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and a demonstrable understanding of equity release products.
