About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the mortgage process. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide expert advice, analyse financial situations, and recommend tailored mortgage solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth mortgage consultations to understand clients’ financial circumstances and goals.
- Offering comprehensive guidance on a wide range of mortgage products, including terms, rates, and fees.
- Evaluating clients’ financial documentation to determine mortgage eligibility.
- Working effectively with lenders and underwriters to ensure smooth application processing.
- Staying current on market trends and regulatory requirements to provide the most informed advice.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to build a robust network.
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional financial products that complement clients’ overall needs.
- Consistently exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Who We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker in the financial services industry.
- A full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in mortgage sourcing software and CRM systems.
- A valid driver’s license is desirable.
